Campaign Scenario Scoring

Recommended Posts

Can't find this anywhere.

We just started the HS campaign and we are having problems figuring out the scoring. We ran the first scenario of COA vs. EOTBS.

At the end of turn 6, the set up was as follows:

COA

BB sunk

3 cruisers sunk

Dreadnought prized

2 bombers destroyed

Sky fortress 4 damage

3 escorts undamaged

3 tiny flyers undamaged

EOTBS

Dreadnought 6 pts of damage. 2 escorts undamaged. Had the commodore and did not make it off the board

BB undamaged

War gyro undamaged

1 scout gyro undamaged, 1 with 2 points damage

3 cruisers and 1 gunship sunk

4 frigates sunk

So can someone tell me who won and by how much???

See page 89 in HS.

Here are your scores:

COA
BB sunk = 6 CP
3 cruisers sunk = 6 CP (2 EA)
Dreadnought prized = 9 CP
2 bombers destroyed = 4 CP
Sky fortress 4 damage = 3 CP
3 escorts undamaged = 0
3 tiny flyers undamaged = 0 (No CP for Tiny Flyers)

Total CP Lost:  28 CP

EOTBS
Dreadnought 6 pts of damage. 2 escorts undamaged. Had the commodore and did not make it off the board = 6 CP
BB undamaged = 0
War gyro undamaged = 0
1 scout gyro undamaged, 1 with 2 points damage = 0 (No score for damaged MEDIUM or SMALL models)
3 cruisers and 1 gunship sunk = 8 CP (2 EA)
4 frigates sunk = 4 CP

Total CP Lost:  18 CP

So, the Blazing Sun scored more than 50% Campaign Points than it lost to the enemy (28 CP is more than 150% of 18 CP), making it a CRUSHING TRIUMPH for the Empire!  Huzzah, I always enjoy hearing about another Blazing Sun victory!
