<cough cough>... excuse the dust!  Didn't expect this account to still be live!

Name is Nat,

Been playing DW since v1... and was part of the community online team that helped with the transition of v2.0... stopped playing slightly before 2.5 was released due to moving and the new club in Essex had even less players.

Still with the link to the beta test onthe wayland games email thought I'd give it a look, like the look of how the game flows, need to give it a try when I've got time.

I just wanted to say hi.

My friends and I recently went to UK Games Expo 2019 and came across Wild West Exodus. We've decided to give it a go, as it look like a lot of fun. Some of us had a demo game while the others watched. My faction will be Hex, though I'm still learning what I can at the moment (more game play may change my mind). Anyone who plays the game and is based in Cardiff, let me know, it would be good to meet others who play the game. Thanks. :)

Salutations from Bryan over here in the US, Arkansas specifically.

Currently have not had the fortune to play anything from the ranges yet, but I am eager to get my hands on some models. Looking at maybe the Russians for Dystopian Wars, strongly liking the feel of "The Enlightened" or " The Warrior Nation" for WWE, and if the chance should ever rear its head, I want some Aquans from Firestorm.

To my knowledge, no one around me plays so maybe I can get some folks into some shenanigans.

The model that has really caught my eye is the "Constructed Uhlans".  Zombies on attack jet bikes just rings a big bell with me.

Hope to learn a lot from veteran members here!

Hi all, just started playing WWX with my son after admiring the miniatures for a while... turns out it's a great game too!

We got a demo at UKGE which was a great start and we're busy painting our purchases now...

My son is going with Watchers, while I'm going for Lawman, beginning with a Bass Reeves posse which I plan to add to with the Regulators - so I get to paint up Lawmen. Warrior Nation and Outlaws all for the same force. The minis are all just too good! :D

Looking forward to sharing some painting pics and maybe even a bit of fiction....

Hi everyone! My name is Jason Egli and I live in Midwest of the U.S. and just got into war gaming about 4months ago. I have been obsessed as I am having so much fun playing games and socializing withhl new people. I currently invested in WWX and I love it. I went to GenCon 2019 and met the awesome people at warcradle. Their passion and excitement for the game instantly motivated me to pick up some models. I have since brought the game home and began playing with all my friends. Now my friends are loving the game and currently are picking up armies. I just wanted to say hi to everyone and im excited to be here. I cant wait to start growing this game in my region. I currently got accepted to be a warhost and I am running a two state community page for new players. We have acquired 30 members in the last week and now have a local store looking into ordering models. I love this community and how nice everyone has been. Thank you to warcradle for being an awesome studio and thank you to all the players for being so welcoming.

Hello,

My name is Manny.  Once upon a time I backed a Kickstarter for a game called Wild West Exodus.  While I had to back out of that in the end, I wanted to play.  Fast forward a few years and I "convinced" some friends to play.  I dusted off some of the Miniatures I had, (Order) and showed them off.  People have been playing and it's great.  I got the store on board, and they will now stock the game.

I'm having a TON of fun with it.  The rules seem pretty good, the miniatures are top-notch and Warcradle have been great.

Hope to see you at the table soon.

Howdy folks!

I recently made the plunge into the Exodus games after an excellent demo and the extreme patience and open discussion of the good folks running the Warcradle booth at PAX Unplugged (I may have asked for the rundown of every faction and taken like, forty five minutes of their time. Thanks again ^_^).

Which games produced by Warcradle Studios do you play?

At this time I’m mostly interested in Wild West Exodus.

How long have you been playing these games?

Less than a month for these specific games, but I’ve been wargaming since about 2002 (40k, WBF, Malifaux, Warmachine/Hordes, Infinity).

Where do you play?

Huzzah Hobbies in Northern VA.

Which fleets and armies do you own? Which fleets and armies do you plan to add to your collection?

I picked up some Lawmen that I’ve fleshed out, and some outlaws for demo purposes. And I’m eying the Union pretty hard because dat tank.

What is your favourite Warcradle Studios model?

Oof, tough one. I think Legendary Tesla gets my vote.

Anything else you would like to tell the Warcradle Studios Community?

If my playgroup and I can get our collective ducks in a row, we hope to start doing battle reports for youtube, we got Outlaws, Lawmen, Dark Nation, Warrior Nation and a bear with a gatling gun right now, so fingers crossed we'll get something strung together.

Ahoy.

I'm Kilo, a bit of a buffet nerd as I'm into basically everything I can get my hands on. I do everything from demoing board games at conventions to tabletop RP to LARP and console video games, and I'm a huge reader of genre fiction and comics.

I'm still relatively new to the wargame scene, only been taking it seriously for a bit over a year at this point, but I've found that painting is a wonderful hobby all on its own and I've come quite a ways in that time.

I play Orks in Age of Sigmar and 40K, I have a tiny Haqq-Islam Infinity force, I love my Gaslands, and I am starting to get into Monsterpocalypse as well.

For WWX I have so far some Outlaws and Lawmen and I've got my eye on the Warrior Nation to expand, especially Death From Above and Tribal Justice.

Hello, my name is Joe.  I live in Georgia, United States.

I've been dabbling here and there on and off in wargaming for twenty years, mostly 40k and Fantasy/AOS.  The Dystopian Age has got me super excited, though, because it has everything that interests me.  Historical real world people and nations mixed with steampunk and scifi.

I usually play at home as my town is infested with stores that play 40k/MTG almost exclusively :)

Right now I own Lawmen, Union, Enlightened, and Outlaw armies  for WWX.  Every army is on my radar as long as I can maintain output.  Can't wait for the next step in DA and LWX.

I don't really have a favorite model because they are all honestly kickass.  My only complaint would be could we possibly get a few less pieces to assemble on some models?

I want Warcradle to know that I am really looking forward to the entire Dystopian Wars Range.  My wish list would be in the future to take the DW range into different timelines with all new historical figures, i.e. WW II timeline, Cold War Timeline, Post-Apocalyptic.  That's a pipe dream, I know, but just finding this range already crossed off a lot of my wish list.

Keep up the Good Work, Warcradle!
