draco84oz 690 Report post Posted September 21, 2015 p 48 has the Recon Phase rules in it, and it doesn't have a TAC segment like the the pre-turn phase does. So no, you can't use Expert Tacticians or Power to the Engines to affect the recon phase. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
