Atropos_Priest
Hey guys, What are you all doing for terrain? Apart from Spartan and Dropzone Commander buildings. Cheers!
privateer4hire
Bought some Lego discontinued blocks called Quatro (they're for infants/toddlers as they're at least 3-4 inches per side on the smallest block). Picked 'em up at thrift store for 3 bucks. Bought plastic-special spray paint to prime them for about 5 bucks and built various buildings which I super-glued permanently in place. Any extra pegs/joiners/whatever they're officially called were cut off with a hobby saw. Once primed, I painted them to a green camo pattern not too different from the Spartan buildings. For less than $10 I got 5 buildings. For other terrain like woods, rivers, and roads I'm using my WW2 collection for 15mm.
Duskland
I picked up some undergroundlasers MDF buildings, some impudentmortals pipes and oil tanks and some GF9 prepainted rocky terrain. I still need to find some nice roads and trees.

Mauser101
I'm a fan of just about everything 4ground makes. There Urban Zone looks directly aimed at DZ players so it'll work fine for PF.. A little expensive since it's pre painted. http://www.4ground.co.uk/Default.aspx?page=347 GameCraft also has some very nice buildings. I just wish some more of their sci-fi looking 6mm and 28mm buildings were available in 10mm. http://gcmini.mybigcommerce.com Apophis
erion
If you're looking for more natural-looking terrain instead of a city fight. I highly recommend picking up one of the terrain kits from War-Zone GTS. Their 03 scale works very well with 10mm models, and the Spartan Planetfall buildings looks like a great wilderness outpost or 1st generation colony when used alongside it. http://www.war-zone.com/

I'm just wondering how weird 6mm would look with a 10mm game compared to 15mm with a 10mm game. 4mm smaller scale vs 5mm larger scale. Any thoughts? cm284
I have found anything 6mm looks far too small. I think the planetflall stuff is slightly larger than 10mm (more like 11 or 12mm), with N gauge stuff and even some 10mm terrain looking a little on the small side! That said 15mm is too big so it’s a difficult one. I tend to use the Gamecraft 10mm stuff, N gauge or Blotz. And yes, my table is a mess!
Overread
Considering Spartan has terrain for nearly all their other games including Uncharted Seas, has anyone heard any rumour or concept art for Planetfall terrain (barring that released with the early special release packs). Would be great to see more of it appear for the game!

Would be great to see more of it appear for the game! I know nothing for certain, but there has been mention that the skyscrapers will eventually be released, and I can't see why we wouldn't see more and varied (maybe even resin?!?) terrain in the future for Planetfall. I do think it'll be after we have got all the Core forces helixes available though, and maybe even after the Alliance factions are more fleshed out too... Terrain is good and all, but models to play with are probably more important!
MikeH
hi all like many I'm a big fan of 4Ground models and they've just posted an Urban Power Plant on their site http://www.4ground.co.uk/index.php?route=product/product&path=65&product_id=994 now that looks really useful for Planetfall games
