DWABO 2.0 - Dystopian Wars Fleet Builder Online

Recommended Posts

I love this app, and while I use it all the time to build my fleet, I've discovered that it's also quite handy in keeping track of the VP. Any chance of getting a specialized app, with TAC cards and strategic value? I know I might be asking for too much, since you already gave us an amazing tool, but something like that would be priceless.

What do you mean exactly ?

I've been using the DWABO is a great tool to keep score of the victory points. Every time a ship got sink, I put it in the generator, and I use it to keep score of the victory points. However, this is not perfect because it doesn't take into account the strategic value of each ship and the points for a prized one. It's just an idea, but if it's feasible, it could be really usefull :-)

Is something like this sufficient?

Dwabo is a usefull resource, to make it even better I would add the option to purchase attached (Escort Units) for the large units in the Options Menu instead of mixing them up with the rest, also even if some units can be fielded as regular their escort role is restricted to lower unit numbers.

There are also some units that can take mixed Squads like the EOTBs Ronin and Honshu or the FSA Georgetown and Lexington, maybe a similar solution could be found for people wo want to make mixed squads.

Maybe a good apliccation can get even better

Kind Regards

This thing is pretty cool so far, one minor issue - on my android note 3 I have to turn it to landscape in order to make it large enough to see.  If I'm looking at it upright the app only fills about half the browser and it's mostly too small to read.

By default, DWABO does not resize to fit to the screen's width, but recently it acts like that on mobile devices and I don't know why. But you simply can zoom-in.

You mean adding a escort for EACH massive/large unit of the game as option? And create EACH mixed squadron possibilities as options too?

No no no. ^_^ It would be way too messy. (And I don't imagine the time it would require + risk errors on updates...)

You still can use mixed squads as mixed squads:

1x Georgetown MkI (Cruiser) - Nav. Medium - 70 - 2/3

1x Georgetown MkII (Cruiser) - Nav. Medium - 70 - 2/3

1x Georgetown MkIII (Cruiser) - Nav. Medium - 75- 2/3

1x Lexington MkI (Light Cruiser) - Nav. Medium - 55 - 2/3

1x Lexington MkII (Light Cruiser) - Nav. Medium - 55 - 2/3

1x Lexington MkIII (Light Cruiser) - Nav. Medium - 60 - 2/3

Use blank lines or separator lines to separate your squadrons.

Ok I didnt expect it to bring so many technical troubles, specially the part of mixing squads.

Kind regards.

Eventually the first page would all be stickies and we would have to go searching for new things.  I have the site bookmarked on my devices and if I ever need a link I just look for a recent post from Nucreum and get it from his Sig.

As I'm creating my own videogames studio, I don't have much time to spend on forum (or even playing), good luck to find one of my recent posts. :P
