  1. It's that time again, the date for our next Q&A has been announced and it's June 22nd! This streaming event will be focusing on all things from Warcradle Studios; Wild West Exodus, Dystopian Wars, Armoured Clash, and Firestorm Armada, and will be streamed on the Warcradle Studios Facebook page (as well as our Twitch & YouTube channels). Tune in and listen to Stuart and co. talk all about our upcoming releases and plans for the games within the Dystopian Age! If you have a burning question which you would like addressed in the video, please leave it on our event wall. We will try and answer as many questions as we can during the video. All questions need to be submitted BEFORE Wednesday 20th June at 12 pm BST. The video will go live at 1 pm on Friday 22nd June and we will be answering questions from the comment section of the Facebook video between 1 pm and 4 pm on Friday 22nd June. As we always do, we can promise some sneaky peeks while we're at it... See you then! Please check the Facebook event for regular updates. View the full article
  2. Wayland Games are pleased to announce they have acquired Red Beam Designs, as part of the product range from Warcradle Studios. Graham from Red Beam Designs says: "It is with great pleasure that Red Beam Designs is now with the lovely folks at Wayland Games! We were flattered, and genuinely very surprised, to have received loads of enquiries from people who were interested in buying our business, but we decided that Warcradle Studios were the right people who we wanted to carry Red Beam Designs forward to a bright future. I would like to take this opportunity to once again say thanks to all of you for the support and enthusiasm you have shown for Kirsty and me at Red Beam Designs. It's been quite an amazing journey for us and is something we will look back on very fondly." A range of Red Beam Design products will be available from Warcradle Studios in June.
  3. Your miniatures looking a little bit too neat and tidy? They are supposed to have been through the wars, after all, yet they look a little too pristine... Watch Lewis' Worn Fabric tutorial to add some much-needed wear to those clothes! Enjoy! Miniature used: Marie Laveau from Wild West Exodus Music: www.bensound.com View the full article
  4. Painting wood effects can be a tricky beast to handle... Watch as Lewis paints up wooden bases and get some ideas for your own work while you're at it. Those bases won't paint themselves, after all... Enjoy! View the full article
  5. For the first time, Warcradle Studios brought Wild West Exodus to Essen, Spiel. From the stand to miniatures, painting and sculpting, Warcradle Studios could not be more proud of how well Spiel 2017 went for Wild West Exodus! The demo team were out in force at Spiel; Daren, Joel, Will, and Simon worked extremely hard delivering demos to happy Wild West Exodus players over the four days. They were a joy to watch and, as shown by the smiling faces taking part, an absolute blast to take part in! We're hoping to see more new faces on our social pages, as well a down your local FLGS, and I can almost guarantee it will be because of these great guys. If you missed the demo team at Spiel, but would love to learn how to play by watching a demo of Wild West Exodus, we are looking to run even more Trailblazer events at local stores and clubs! Check out our Trailblazer page for more information. The Incredible Tabitha Lyons was on our stand as Rani Nimue and as Countess Byron - a new cosplay designed by Artyfakes especially for Spiel! We think they did a great job of bringing the Countess to life, what do you think? Check out the full gallery here to see the amazing transformation of Tabitha into the Countess. This time we mixed the panels to show off some of our newer character artwork. Two popular artwork was that of the new Celestials and of Countess (due to Tabitha, of course). Check out the gallery below to see all of the character artwork on display at Spiel. How can we come to Spiel without showing you what our studio painter and 3D digital sculptor got up to! Did you go to Spiel 2017? What would you like to see Warcradle Studios bring to their next event? Let us know in the comments below! View the full article
