  1. Funny, child9 appears to be exactly that. Your n=1 approach to customer satisfaction just marks you out as someone unable or unwilling to see the other point of view.
  2. It seems this thread has bled from the non-core nation pdfs to frustrations with the company as a whole, as Buck has so eloquently and completely put it. Congratulations sir!
  3. Lol, I am a Russian Legions player, how do you think I feel?! Looks like if it ain't space, it ain't squat to Spartan atm. Big robots were an amusing distraction, but would have preferred more alliance stuff
  4. If you got 2017 from Spartan, make it 2019 to avoid disappointment...
  5. Still no sign of the Russian one?...
  6. The problem with this approach is that they simply become boring to play with /against. You HAVE to activate the larges then the mediums, then the smalls, in order to get those clouds up. It's just too predictable.
  7. Aye, but now we have 2x types of SAW dedicated to the destruction of submerged minis, which, don't make it into many list in such a number to warrant such a sub killing platform. Carriers and SAW are supposed to be versatile platform, for any engagement, and with a couple of repair cruisers keeping the flight deck I order, the kostroma was a beast.... now, not so much
  8. I can see your point re the dive bombers, but I want to bring an aircraft carrier because it is a versatile and drop dead gorgeous mini, not just because I am expecting submarines. Now they don't have anything to threaten the majority of other minis like their counterparts do
  9. So the Russian Coalition is the only force without surface hunter mar for its SAW? Not to mention the complete absence of any other MAR (heavy back back really doesn't cut it) Oh well, looks like my carriers are being retired.
  10. Amen brother. It's an alliance faction, I don't mind a smaller range of products compared to the major factions, but I resent having to get additional models to compensate for the confused and lackluster existing models....
  11. No no no no NO NO NO!!!!! This is not how a game should be played, this is not a viable fix for a problem!! This is v1.1 rule creep all over again! It shouldn't take a single new mini to bring the fun back!! It's a gw tactic if I ever saw one and I for one can't bloody stand it!
  12. This is a desperate bid to find players in the north Wales area for weeknight games! Help a brother out, I need to roll dice like the bad-luck junkie I am, yet no-one plays in North Wales and sheep are poor opponents indeed....

  14. Of course, no one can accuse Spartan or any of the design team of bias in design. To do so is frankly ridiculous, and we all agree that the Ottomans were overpowered in 1.1, with far too many MARs and expeditions for their own good. I don't want to see a return to the bad old days of 1.1 where Ottomans were just no fun being no challenge But people are feeding back, they are saying the WCG is not up to scratch, it makes the order of activation predictable. They are saying mines are too hard to use. I have to agree with The Hampster here, I think peoples worries are just being dismissed out of hand. I don't want to wait for a new mini with a raft of new MARs. That doesn't address a perceived fundamental glitch with this fleet that has a simple fix offered by multiple people on this forum
